Her future career goals include doing work in addressing health inequities related to maternal and child health. As such, she is extremely passionate about doing the work to address the complex and interrelated social problems in the world.

Anie is a sophomore pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Neuroscience on the Pre-Medical track. Her career goals are to attend and graduate medical school and become a Neurosurgeon. Anie’s hometown is Durham, North Carolina, but she enjoys her time in Pittsburgh. Her favorite things to do in her free time are hang out with friends and enjoy a competitive game night!

Ian is a junior pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He plans to use his degree to help build infrastructure in African communities. Ian was born in New York, but was raised in Lansdale, Pennsylvania. He loves playing basketball and making music in his free time!
